1. About ooobysha

Ooobysha is a personal, independent editorial website about travel, restaurants, cafés, food and places. It is written and published by an individual editor based in Germany. It is not a commercial guidebook, a booking service, or a professional advisory service.

2. Editorial content

Articles on ooobysha describe the author's own experiences, observations and impressions. They are provided for general informational and editorial purposes only. Restaurants, hotels, cafés and destinations change: menus, prices, opening hours, availability, ownership, quality and services may all differ from what is described in an article at any given moment.

Following an external link is at your own responsibility.

Ooobysha does not currently use affiliate links. If affiliate links or similar commercial linking are introduced in the future, this will be clearly disclosed on the relevant article(s) and, where required, marked as advertising.

8. Advertising and sponsorship

Editorial content on ooobysha is not currently sponsored. There are no paid partnerships, sponsored articles, or advertising placements at the time of writing. Should this change, sponsored content will be clearly labelled as such in accordance with applicable rules on the separation of advertising and editorial content (in particular § 22 MStV).

9. Restaurant and travel information

You are responsible for verifying current prices, booking conditions, opening hours, health and safety requirements, visa and entry rules, and any other practical information relevant to your trip or reservation before making decisions based on content from this site.

10. No professional advice

Ooobysha is an evolving personal project. Content, features, categories and individual pages may be added, changed, hidden or removed at any time without prior notice.

13. Applicable law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising in connection with them are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Where you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence.
